Sweet Marjoram is calming, warming, and can help encourage relaxation before sleep. When suffering from the symptoms of common seasonal illnesses, Sweet Marjoram can provide comfort. Diluting it in your favourite carrier oil and applying over the abdomen can help provide relief from discomfort due to menstrual pain. It can also be massaged onto the legs to help soothe muscle tissues before sleep.

How to Use

For seasonal illness, add 2-3 of drops of
Sweet Marjoram with 1-2 tablespoons of
body wash or unscented shampoo, then add this to ½ cup of Epsom salts in a warm bath to help relieve symptoms. Add Sweet Marjoram to a carrier oil or lotion to relieve occasional tired, sore muscles such as after a strenuous workout or to relieve the discomfort suffered during the menstrual cycle. Dilute to 3-5% for topical application
