Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer an exchange or a refund on all products (except for the categories listed below) returned to us within 14 working days of the day of delivery. Returns & Exchanges

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please allow an average of seven working days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. 


Unfortunately, delivery costs of any returned item cannot be refunded.

We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange on items on personal care products such as Personal Care Appliances, Brushes, Face tools, Hair Towels, Nail Polish, Perfumes and Make-up due to hygiene reasons. Also, sale items, digital services (i.e. Nev Spa, Sol Clinic) and gift cards cannot be returned.
