How to Use

Chamomile German is a favourite oil in a
milk or salt bath. Add a few drops of
Chamomile German to 1 ounce of milk or 1
teaspoon carrier oil; add this mix to ½ cup
of Epsom salts and gently swirl in the water
for a warm, relaxing bath. For topical applications, dilute to 1% for face and 2-3% for body.
